Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to SweatPass! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SweatPass mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using SweatPass, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

SweatPass is an app designed to help you build healthier digital habits by linking screen time to physical activity. It monitors app usage (via Android Accessibility Services or iOS Screen Time API) to enforce limits and utilizes AI camera tracking to count physical exercises (reps) to unlock screen time.

3. Subscriptions (Pro Pass)

SweatPass offers an optional, premium subscription called Pro Pass to unlock advanced features. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

• Billing: Pro Pass is a monthly subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew every month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings in the App Store or Google Play Store. Uninstalling SweatPass will not automatically cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Any refund requests must be directed to the respective app store's customer support. SweatPass cannot process direct refunds.

4. Advertisements (AdMob)

The free version of SweatPass is supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob to serve these ads. By using the free version of the App, you agree to the display of such advertisements. Ad delivery may require the collection of non-identifiable device data, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Purchasing a Pro Pass subscription may remove certain advertisements.

5. Device Permissions

To function properly, SweatPass requires specific device permissions:

• Camera Access: Required for AI workout tracking. All processing occurs locally on your device; no video is recorded or transmitted.
• Accessibility Services (Android) / Screen Time API (iOS): Required to monitor screen time and restrict access to locked apps when your earned time expires.

You may revoke these permissions at any time via your device settings, but doing so will prevent the core features of SweatPass from functioning.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and features of SweatPass are the exclusive property of SweatPass/Mewguys and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweatPass and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App.
• Any physical injury or health issue resulting from the exercises tracked by the App.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your device.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document or via an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
