This Privacy Policy explains how SweatPass (“we”, “our”, “the App”) collects, uses, and protects your information. SweatPass is designed to help you build healthy digital habits by linking screen time to physical activity. We value your privacy and are committed to keeping your data safe.

By using SweatPass, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

SweatPass collects only the minimum information required to provide its core functionality, handle subscriptions, and serve ads.

1.1 App Usage Information

To determine when to lock or unlock selected apps, SweatPass may collect:

• The name and package ID of the app currently on screen
• The list of apps you choose to lock

This information is processed locally on your device. SweatPass does not collect or store the content of any app you use.

1.2 Workout Tracking Data

If you choose to use AI workout tracking or face exercises:

• The camera feed is processed in real time to detect body movements or facial landmarks (via google_mlkit_face_detection) to count reps.
• No images, videos, or face data are saved, sent to a server, or stored anywhere.
• All camera processing occurs ephemerally on your device.

1.3 In-App Subscriptions (Pro Pass)

SweatPass offers an optional premium subscription called pro_pass. Payment processing is securely handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your billing information.

1.4 Advertising Data (AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers and IP addresses to provide ads. You can manage your ad preferences through your device settings.

2. Sensory Data and Camera Usage

SweatPass utilizes the device camera to facilitate physical and facial exercise tracking. Regarding this data:

• No Collection: SweatPass does not collect, harvest, or store face data or biometric identifiers.
• On-Device Processing: We use the google_mlkit_face_detection API for real-time analysis of facial movement solely to track exercise progress. This processing happens entirely on your device.
• No Storage or Retention: No facial data, images, or video frames are ever written to the device's permanent storage or retained after the exercise session concludes. Frames are discarded immediately after processing.
• No Third-Party Sharing: Because no face data is collected or stored, no face data is ever shared with third parties or service providers.

3. How We Use Your Information

SweatPass uses your data only to:

• Detect when a locked app is opened
• Apply app blocking based on your activity
• Track workout/face exercise progress in real-time
• Verify your pro_pass subscription status

4. Android Accessibility Service Disclosure

On Android, SweatPass uses the Accessibility Service solely to detect when selected apps are opened and to display the blocking screen. This data is not stored, transmitted, or shared.

5. iOS Screen Time API Disclosure

On iOS, SweatPass uses the Apple Screen Time API only to manage selected apps and enforce usage limits. SweatPass has no access to your personal content inside other apps.

6. Data Storage and Security

• SweatPass stores all local settings and timers on your device only.
• No workout images, camera frames, or face data are ever stored or uploaded.
• If you uninstall the app, all local data is automatically deleted.
